Local Law 11/1998 Building Façade
Maintenance & Repair
The NYC Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), also known as Local Law 11, requires NYC buildings taller than 6 stories to have their façades inspected and repaired every 5 years.
Local Law 126/2021 Parking Garage Maintenance & Repair
LL 126 will require owners of parking structures to have their garages inspected every 6 years and to file a report with inspection results to the Department of Buildings.
